Engagement Party

After lots of hard work the party went super.
There was tons of food and everyone looked like they had a great time.
It was nice to meet my brothers future in laws. They were very nice people.
It is so exciting to think in 10 months they will be husband and wife!
The chocolate fountain was awesome. so very yummy. I am so glad I invested in that :)

My back is sore. I am taking a anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant. Next week I should start physio. Stupid accident!!!

I GOT ACCEPTED into the LPN program! I start school on Feb 26th. I am so excited...nervous too. Time to get the finiances in order and start looking into day homes for the kids. I have lots of time to plan.

Did a good house cleaning today (brandon helped and did things that would be too hard on my back) . It looks so nice.
I actually cant wait to start Christmas decorating. I want to get some nice stuff (and have seen some at costco) to make my house nice and festive.
I am burning my pumpkin spice party lite candles (have ordered my christmas scents too )
It just feels nice today!

BUT the kids got up at 530...YUCK. Stupid time change!!
It is 11 and I am trying to keep them up til noon before a nap (me included).
Tonight it is left overs from the party at my parents. I dont have the van it is in the shop, so mom is coming to get us later.

I cant wait to halloween. The kids are going trick or treating as chickens LOL
They are warm costumes. Arianna wanted to wear her princess costume, but too cold for that. she can wear it to the mall maybe if we go.
James has a space commander flight suit. It should be a fun day. We will carve our pumpkins tomm. night.

Scariest moment of my life. thank the lord my children were not with me. I was about to be hit on my side (drivers side) I think they call it t-boned? lol and the driver (who was speeding) turned last min. to avoid hitting ME and turned to hit the front area of the car. If it were not for that I am sure I would have been a goner. All I saw was this Car zooming at me from the corner of my eye.I thought I was going to die.It was a miracle.I am still so scared and emotional.Physically I am ok. A bit sore as my body jolted to the right.but mostly my head hurts from crying.Someone was looking out for me today....Now I have my final school interview with the program coodinator and my eyes are going to by sooo puffy lol.Andrea

Lets see....
Lots of wedding planning going on. I found a place for them and they loved it.
The date is officially Sept. 1st 2007 at the surrey golf club. it is going to be fabulous. I am jealous hehe. they got an all inclusive package that include a yummy chocolate fountain......

well thats ok cause I bought my own! LOL
It is my contrbution to the engagement party this weekend. I will have strawberries, pineapple, frozen bananas, biscotti and more....

My interview with school is now TOMORROW! it got bumped up.
I am nervouse but at least the process will be done. then I wait for the instructor to decide!

Yesterday the kids and I went on a leaf hunt. we had a 4 foot tall frankenstein to fill up. it took a long time! I even got dirt under my nails...ewwww
we decorated the front enterance. We figured we would be here for at least some of the candy giving out. the kiddies wont be out as long as some.

I got the kids there costumes for next year hehe. Old Navy had there plush ones on for 10 regular 30!!!
Arianna will be a monkey and James a lion!!
super deal!

today I need to make a necklace, get a couple party games planned and make biscotti.

My brother Proposal

I wanted to share my brothers pictures of when he proposed to his girlfriend. they hiked to the top of a moutain. He set up his camera to take a picture of them together (so she thought) and it was set to take 10 consecutive pictures. So it caught the proposal!!! How cool is that! The first is the proposal...and the second is the YES!!

Birthday Pictures

Can't seem to shake the sickness!

It has been passed around between James, Brandon and I. It is awful. And James threw up again 2 times yesterday.
He had a great birthday. I took them to the pumpkin patch and then we went to chucky cheese for dinner that night.
I went down to the outlet malls on the weekend with my soon to be SIL and her sister and her friends. It was a ton of fun.
Tonight I am very lucky. My older brother is taking me to the canucks game. It is in a box suite and includes a buffet dinner. AND its against my old home team...EDMONTON.
I am very excited.
Not too much new with all the sickness.

Besides the tantrums lying on the floor and your pushing your sister, you are one cute little man.

One heck of a hang over

I have been out of commission since sunday. how sad is that.
Proof that I am getting OLD LOL
2 double drinks at Gabbys country cabaret and I have been paying big time!!
It has been terrible.
Needless to say I wont be drinking again any time soon! LOL

On another note, things are moving forward nicely with my plans to go back to school. I passed my enterance exam with 87%. I was so happy. And there was math on it LOL
I have my interview with the instructor on Oct. 31. Hopefully she will pick me hehe.
the hardest part will be finding a dayhome.
IF YOU KNOW OF ANY PLEASE pass them on to me!!

James is 2 Tomorrow! I am so sad. He is no longer a baby!
And now it will be about 18 months before I can try for another...sniff sniff....
We are taking him to a pumpkin patch and then to chucky chesse for dinner.
Having a family cake at my parents friday night.
We got him a geotracks set. he is all about trains!
He will get his pics done at walmart on friday. Arianna too. Grandma wants her done in her cinderalla dress and crown.
