Update

Again, I have been lacking on the updates.
Sorry, a stressful time as I am only days away from taking my licensing exam. I am very nervous. So much on the line.
I have not been working as much, just trying to study.
We have had some 30 degree days here...I am so happy to have the summer sun, but more happy that the house has central air! I cannot imagine how I would sleep otherwise ;)
Today Arianna was in a parade. It is rodeo weekend here. and the champs had a float. She was so excited. She almost didnt make it to start, as it was SO hot. But, one it got going she was waving away. It was a wonderful moment. We also got to reconnect with her friend she made last year at the conference. He is 17 I believe and has a hand like Ariannas. I want to make sure we see him more and that I meet his mom.
After the parade we hit the fair to let the kids go on a few rides. It was insanely expensive, so we didnt stay that long. it was just a nice treat for the kids.
We had a lovely day as a family, and all are nice and tired and bit too toasted by the sun :)

here is their website. I have had a few people ask what it is about and were interested in maybe coming with me. Yay! It will be much nicer having some friends whine and complain with me.

It literally is like bootcamp for the army; lots of pushups.
It is a total body work out. Each day is something different. We can do a cardio day, upper body, lower body and circuits.
It is an entire hour that does not let up lol.
My sister in law runs the one I am doing, and she is tough. she has the best record for inches lost.
I am committing to 2 months for sure then we will see. I figure this month was going to be hard to get through...lol...but next month I will be right into it ;)

so thats it!!!

I am sick right now. I even went into work for my 12 hr shift...stayed 5 mins and then had to come home :( I went to bed. I felt really guilty giving up a 12 hr shift. But, it was a buddy one, so they didnt need to replace me.
I dont work now until saturday, so I can rest up and use this time to hit the books hard. that licensing exam is sneaking up on me!!

Grandpa Hunsicker left today. the kids asked for him when they got home today. It was nice visit. not too exciting, I hope he didnt mind.

Time for bed! Need rest, I hope to go to bootcamp tomorrow...and its cardio day ...yikes

Bootcamp

I am getting my butt kicked.
I joined boot camp April 28th. It is going to be 4 weeks of torture lol. But it works. I decided to make the commitment! I go at least 3 days a week. Depending on work. And its the longest hour of my life lol.
My sister in law bought a frachise of survivor bootcamp. She is doing awesome with it, I am so proud.
Her classes have had the most success in inches lost!! Its amazing. And I can tell, its such a killer work out.
After my first class I was super sore. there was NO way I could survive the next day lol. I went again last night, and it was deadly haha. But, I am slowly being able to handle it and still am able to move today haha.
I will go tonight, and will enjoy my weekend off lol.
If you have not tried a bootcamp...wow...its intense. I will update my success after the 4 weeks, as we took measurements on my first day.
I think Brandon is going to join me next month :)

Work is good. I am orientated to orthopedics now. It is 12 hr shifts there. the day ones are ok, but the night ones drag on forever. I hated them lol. I am back into giving medications which I am excited about. I love giving needles ;) haha.

My licensing exam is sneaking up on me...3 weeks left. time to really push to study when I am not working!!!

Grandpa Hunsicker is visiting. The kids are happy to see him. It is nice he made the trip out. We will do some fun things while he is here. Brandon is off the weekend and I work, so they are on there own!! :)
